Economic & Community Development
Helping you identify and cultivate your community’s assets.
If you are a municipality, county, or region, and you are navigating the challenges of empty stores, offices, malls, and restaurants, you are not alone. How do you stop the blight and almost certain urban decay without a plan forward and a way to execute it?
Let us help you envision your community’s landscape with fresh eyes and a view toward revitalization. Perhaps you are close to a freeway, airport, or rail line. Are you close to an attraction such as a river, lake, university, or hospital? Are you willing to consider government incentives to bring new businesses to your community?
We will help you determine your greatest assets that can attract businesses. These businesses will, in turn, increase employment opportunities and income for your residents and help reduce the impact of blight.
